The Job holder plays a role to support lending core system for daily operation. He/she is responsible for analyzing the business requirements, understanding IT systems/applications and communicating with internal/external stakeholder to ensure the smooth core system operation. The job holder also ensures that the Lending core system issues can be solved on time, configure the core system for business needs and be able to customize some core system API for external system integration

- In charge of analyzing and preparing business and system requirements for the IT Lending Coresystems
- Ensure proper due diligence and gap analysis is done for application implementation against the business requirements
- Work cohesively with the application vendor’s application supporters to get the required knowledge transfer for the product knowledge and business process.
- Providing system/application support for end user and know-how supports to internal teams.
- Managing and leveraging between end user’s expectation and the base lined business requirements
- Supporting User Acceptance Test for the project sign off.
- Project-management to implement of Lending Core system enhancement.
- Work with external vendor to follow up core system issues/enhancement.
- Configure the core system business rules for setup new products in core.
- Develop Core system APIs and other customization to fit to business needs.
- Support Core system operation (co-work with ICT operation team and ICT development team)

- Work Experience
- Minimum 05 years working experience in Software development and Application support.
- Have experience on business analysis and system analysis.
- Have experience on Core banking or Core Lending system.
- Have working experience in Finance/Banking/Insurance is a plus.
- Knowledge
- Experience on application development and application support.
- Experience on application development and deployment (DevOps)
- Have some experience on project management
- Experience on both Java, PL/SQL development
- Good experience on API development and system integration.
- Have knowledge on ITIL framework and process.
- Skills

- Qualification

- Spring, Seam, JPA, Hibernate/NHibernate, Entity Framework
- Experience in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery/Prototype/DOJO), JSON, and AJAX
- Experience in JS framework such as AngularJS, ReactJS, and NodeJS is a plug
- Experience in a CSS Framework such as Bootstrap
- Experience in REST/SOAP
- Experience in working on Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL especially Oracle PLSQL is a plus
- Experience in working on PHP and .NET is a plus
- Knowledge

b. Key Accountabilities
- Support internal application projects and analyze system solutions for internal business requirements.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with ICT Application Development Manager and
- ICT project manager to develop system/application for business needs.
- Be business partner to understand business insights to proactively propose system solutions.
- Illustrate and develop ideas using storyboards, process flows, UI mockups and prototypes…
- Prepare user requirement, workflow, data requirement and functional specification document.
- Work together with the Project team to produce testing plan and testcase.
- Participate in System integration and User acceptance testing

- Education Background
- Bachelor of IT or Computer Science.
- Main requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Technical Business Analyst role
- Strong analytical thinking and business process understanding
- Experience in data modeling and PL/SQL
- Have some experience on programming language such as Java, C#, Web programming
- Having knowledge and able to understand technical design and common technologies (System Architect, SQL, API...). Be able to write system workflow.
