This 40-hours hands-on course will help you understand the key concepts of Project Management Professional. This course covers all the Knowledge Area process, theirs inputs, Tools and techniques and outputs that are considered good practices on most projects most of the time. It also included a PMP® Preparation component that lets you immediately assess your project management strengths and weaknesses and determine a guide study to obtain your PMP® Certification
