II. Main Duties

Report to Local Country IT Manager.

Support business users for installing, configuring, instruction for use, troubleshooting all of International IT-Services and Local Country IT-Services which to ensure business users can use all of IT-Services in stably, smoothly, and at high level of availability for their work in full productivity.

1. International IT-Services:

ERP System
Instant Message Services
Mail Service
Public Cloud Services
Video Conference Services
Voice Conference Services
Web-conference Services
VPN Services
Tele-communication Services
Others

2. Local Country IT-Services:

Network Infrastructure
Computer Services
Internet Services
Wireless Services
Telephone Services
Printing Services
CCTV System
Presentation Services
Video Playing
Movie Service
Email Service
Computer Service
Data Storage & Sharing Services
Office Access Services
Meeting Services: Tools/Services in Meeting-Room(s) for Meetings

- Ensure to delivery IT-services to business users at highest level of IT-services support commitment.
- Ensure to delivery IT-helpdesk services to business users at highest level of satisfaction.
- Day-to-day ensure to all of services is in high level of availability for using by business users.
- Frequently maintenance and improvement for all of IT-Services.
- Support business events to Sales & Marketing archive business goals.
- Working out with International IT-Helpdesk Team for support business users following above requirements.
- Other Assignments by Local Country IT Manager
