2. YÊU CẦU KỸ NĂNG, KINH NGHIỆM
- Giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt
- 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm
- Nam ~35 tuổi
- B.Sc/ BE./ B-Tech in computer science/ Mathematics
- At least 1 year experience in handling Microsoft Windows AD administration
- MCSA certification
3. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Windows File Share administration: providing access to Windows file shares/Applications as per the process defined
- Distribution List/NT User/ Group Administration
- Single Point of Contact: Raise users’ requests/issues to responsible teams.
- Manage MS-Exchange email distribution lists
- L1/L2 technical troubleshooting skills (IT devices, applications & software)
- IDM administrator (manage/assign/remove roles for users)
- Quality delivery of services committed to the customer as per defined SLA and KPI’s
- MSR report to manager
- Germany Time Zone support
4. QUYỀN LỢI
- Lương: 15.000.000 – 18.000.000 VND
- Thời gian làm việc: 8h/day, 13h – 21h , từ Thứ 2- thứ 6
- Tăng lương và thưởng theo quy định công ty
- Làm việc trong môi trường thân thiện, trẻ trung, năng động.
- Được hưởng đầy đủ chế độ BHXH, BHYT, BHTN... theo Luật Việt Nam.
