JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Subject Matter Experts (SME) – CRM and ERP

Department: Microsoft Dynamics

Reporting to: MS Operations Manager

DESCRIPTION

The Subject Matter Expert is an hybrid role bringing together the technical competencies of Microsoft Products and Management in the areas of incident, change, problem, capacity, and configuration management. Working with the Core Team, Delivery Managers, HR, BPA, QA Team, Tek-TA team, and Training and Development members will have accountability to support the “Delivery Team” to fulfil our customer’s contractually defined targets for Microsoft PODs.

MAJOR RESPONSIBITIES

Planning, creating content, deliver training in LMS, our delivery will be review and release as public by training team. Training team will review learning plan and dependencies.
Work along with training and development for feedback, impact, versioning, update and report of the courses. (will be created by T&D).
Identify, train, manage and develop the technical leads of all the PODs.
Develop accurate strategy for training material, content and assessments.
Be accountable for the quality department needs.
Work along with Operations Manager for the project needs and new implementations following include (training, processes, selection).
Work along with CORE team identify areas of improvement, needs and develop of the engineers and overall project.
Work with CORE team in Microsoft Certifications analysis, content creation, planning for engineers.
Compile Entry Level, Tech Lead and TA feedback from PODs Process to BPA.

REQUIREMENTS

Good English.
Excellent technical base and knowledge of MS Dynamics package like: installation, problems solving, troubleshooting, database, server, etc.
Good understandings of analyze and MS technology like: Networking, DNS, Windows server, Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, SharePoint, Exchange, Web Browser.
Good experience of working with Dynamics package is required.
Good communication skill.
Over 4 years working experience.
Support experience in enterprise environment is an advantage.
IT Functional Knowledge (ITSM, Relevant Technology Administration; Managing an IT environment).
Root Cause Analysis (Applies logic and relevant data [e.g. trends, problem characteristics] to problem analysis).
Ability to build & sustain strong customer relationship.
