Job Titile:                Technical Support Engineer

Reporting to:         Delivery Manager/Team Manager

We are hiring Software Support Engineer to support Micro Focus enterprise software with details as below.

Duties and responsibilities

• Customer care - taking cases supporting customers software support issues
• Present a positive, effective and flexible contribution to achieving team targets and objectives
• Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality support
• Attend feedback sessions with Quality Team
• Be part of the Queue Monitoring when requested and ensure accomplishment of
• Any additional task requested by the Customer Support Manager

Competences

• Have IT knowledge in any field: Network/System/Database/Programming…- Technical experience is an advantage, freshers are welcomed and will have intensive training
• Previous customer service experience is desirable
• Demonstrated excellence in teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
• Good English communication
